The ideal candidate will have a high level of technical expertise and skill, and in particular a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering. The preferred candidate will have three or more years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, they will need to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, plane and solid geometry, and trigonometry. Along with a keen focus on design, candidates also will have strong problem solving and project management skills, along with a desire to improve and promote quality on a continuous basis.
